Plays your own copy of WCCF 2010-11 (Rev D) on a Windows PC, with a panel for the cabinet's buttons, a formation board for your cards and a catalogue of all 3,909 player cards. The kit holds none of Sega's files.

What you need

  • Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
  • Your own copy of WCCF 2010-11, Rev D, as a folder of files: the one with client_Release.exe in it.
  • DirectX 9 (the June 2010 runtime): setup tells you if it is missing. Python is inside the kit.

Play online

  1. Unzip the kit into a folder of its own, then drag your game folder onto SETUP.exe.
  2. Start PLAY.exe. In its panel open SETTINGS, choose ONLINE under PLAY ON and type the address 45.139.227.186. Then start PLAY.exe again.
  3. The first time, it shows a short code and opens our sign-in page: log in or register, approve the code, and the game starts. A new club gets 11 white cards; every finished match adds one.
